Dead chicken

Something got in my pen last night and kill 3 silkies 3 EE and I dont know what all yet feather everwhere. One silkies that got away looks to be hurt bad around her neck. I need to know the name of the fly bait you can put out ?IM so sick of all the dog running around killing my chicken I have dogs and I love my dogs but I keep them in a fence.It just gone to far you tell people to put there dog up and know one dose so they just dont care about them. So now it my place to take care of it.DK

Check this site. You can see it and I can't and you may have specific reasons to think it was dogs, but I think it might have been a raccoon. You need to know what it was to get the bait right.
