dead egg ?? please help

I Have Seven Eggs I Just Candled, Two Weeks Old Now Under Hen...i Can See Airsacs In All But One. The One Egg Is Completely Dark And Has No Air Sac And Smells Really Awful...is It Dead?
Should I Throw It Out ?? Please Tell Me What To Do...i Kept The Egg Out And Plan On Throwing It In The River This Am.......

10 days left till my duck eggs are suppost 2 hatch i candled them about 30 mins ago and all i could see in the egg was black is that good or bad ??

With 10 days left they shouldn't be all dark...you should be able to see an air cell tho. They could be bad and filled with bacteria.
