Dead egg?????

So this is the last egg & I was questioning if it’s dead or alive????? Because it’s almost day 30 & the other eggs already hatched and the chicks are almost a week old now. So my sister and I are wondering why this egg isnt hatching, so we candeled it and ABSOLUTELY NO movement so is this egg a goner????

But if you don’t see veins and no movement I would think it maybe gone

But there is no movement & no veins and it’s almost day 30 and no activity
