Came home to find a dead hen, her head and neck was cleaned off, otherwise intact. Wondering if my rooster may have killed her and others finished her off. He attacked a different one a week or so back. I doctored her, but she will not go back in coop.
Sorry if pic offends anyone, but I’m needing info.

I am thinking predator, but if the rooster is attacking the hens, he should go anyway. (Unless it’s hormonal cockerel with immature pullets - then OP might want to consider separating him until pullets start to lay and are more willing to accept his “advances”.) Skunks don’t always smell, and just because you don’t see a predator, it doesn’t mean there aren’t any. Get a game camera - you may be surprised at what’s lurking around in the night.
