Dead in shell :(

Hi guys, i’m having trouble with chicks developing fully but then never pipping and dying in shell. First hatch of 6 I had 5 full form but only 2 hatch. I was told to try dry incubating and added water last 3 days only and out of 5 that had developed fully only 1 hatched. I then put another batch of 8 in, 6 developed fully but only 3 hatched. I am using a brinsea mini 2 eco and a brinsea maxi 2 eco and for the first and third followed the manuals. Humidity 45% and up to 65% last 3 days, for the dry hatch added no water and humidity was 30% then 65% last 3 days. I am turning eggs 5 times a day. Temp 99.5 degrees. Any ideas what i’m doing wrong?? All eggs have been posted so that could be a factor.

Sorry you're having such bad luck. Do you have pictures of the dead ones? Do you have a separate, calibrated sensor?
