Dead Silkie?

Yesterday ALL my chickens were doing fine, but today I have a dead silkie? WHY?

I don't believe that old.. However I can't say. It was an odd little silkie, much larger and plumper and it's beak was short and stumpy.. Could this maybe be an inbred some way and that caused it? Or maybe my other chickens got angery and went after it? Blah, first time owner of chickens.. My others seem to be just fine so I don't think it was actual illness..
