Deathlayer egg laying

I bought 12 death layer eggs. My friend hatched them. I have 1 deathlayer hen and 1 death layer rooster. She has the rest. My hen has been laying for 3 weeks, hers are not. Any ideas?

Chickens mature at their own individual rate. Also diet and laylight can play a factor
