Decapitated & Dismembered Duck

Last night something tore the head, wings and legs/feet from one of my ducks inside the coop; other duck & chickens unharmed and act like they were unaware of anything occurring. The torso was left with the meat still on it, along with the head. Wings and legs weren't found. A small 3-4" exit hole was made in the wire where it tried to take the duck body out of the pen. Also found another slightly larger hole about 8 feet from the other hole. What would be any one's guess on what this was? (location is southeast Nebraska). Mink or coon?

Most likely coon.
As a side note, chicken wire keeps fowl in and raccoons love to rip apart at night when the fowl are vulnerable.
