Well We decided finaly to part with the 2 mallard drakes
. I really hate it.My brother gave them to me last fall and they are just gorgeous and seemed very tame.I got 2 cayuga hen's I hatched in Dec though and We bought 6 pekin which are all hen's as well .We got another 20 young mallards.The drakes had been staying on the water all winter and refused to go to the horse stall.Now they hang out constantly and dive for the pens and drag the hens to the ground if they can get in.We managed to get the older group out once to creek and within an hour they were right back to horsestall doors.If they don't sell I guess will have to fix up the old goose lot for them at least until the older do start laying egg's and We get them trained to going out to water.Baaaa will probably change my mind when it come's down to them grrrrrrr.I get so attached
