what is really needed inside a chicken house and what i should put in there. I just want to know what important stuff i should put inside the chicken house.

• VENTILATION
• Roosts (about 12" per full size bird, preferably positioned over poop boards) Roosts should be placed 12" horizontally from the wall and any adjacent roosts.
• Nest boxes(1 for every 4-5 layers)
• Clean, dry bedding
• A waterer if you don't have a predator proof run they can access 24/7

They can be fed in the run if and sheltered from rain/snow and you can keep birds out of it.
Take it in nightly if the run is not predator proof.

Anything else is for you and the birds don't care one way or the other.
