Deep Pinkish Skin In 3 Weak Old Chicks

I have a 3wk. old broiler chick that was the only one that hatched out of 12. At the base of her tail feathers is a deep pink...not red...just really deep pink. Is this normal? Thank You!!

That's just the skin showing...they feather late.
