Yay! I've found 2 eggs per day for the past 3 days. Woohoo! One keeps laying outside the nest box, but in the same place, so I know to look there now.
On a sad note, my poor 5 year old son dropped an egg on the way to the house today and it cracked open. He started to cry immediately, poor guy! I explained how it's not a big deal, we'll have more than enough eggs. But the poor kiddo was so upset. So we made a little egg basket out of small plastic pail he has (It will probably hold 4-5 eggs) and told him he can use that from now on. He's dropped eggs before but always in the grass so they didn't crack. I felt so bad for him
