deformed foot, bubble foot?

Hi lovely people, I rescued a couple of unwanted hens yesterday and when I've got them home for closer inspection one has a strange foot, swollen, deformed and sticking up back toe. It's looks as if there has been a cut at one stage across the front of the foot. I'm unsure it this has healed with a deformity, or if this is bubble foot? It's not particularly red, no puss or absences I can see, however areas that look rounded and thick. I have attached some photos. All advice and help welcome! Thanks so much x

Thanks, yes I hope it is a previous injury and not an on going infection. The second hen rescued has a very scabby comb but I'll start a new thread with that issue! Thanks again
