Good Evening,

I have a hen here who is about 4 months old. The picture is hard to tell, but her neck and tail are kind of crooked. She also is walking kind of different. She is eating and doesnt act like she is in pain. Im worried about her though. Anybody experience anything like this.

There could be a number of causes. The easiest start is giving some poultry vitamins. (Poultry cell, nutridrench e.g.) Some vitamin deficiency can cause neuromuscular symptoms. Electrolytes doesn't hurt either, with the summer heat.

Ditto Dat^^^

Is her neck leaning in the opposite direction of her tail?
Did this present all of a sudden or has it been that way since she was a little chick?

FYI.....semantics, maybe, but can be important communication terms when discussing chicken behavior.
Female chickens are called pullets until one year of age, then they are called hens.
Male chickens are called cockerels until one year of age, then they are called cocks(or cockbirds or roosters).
Age in weeks or months is always a good thing to note.

Climate is almost always a factor.
