defying gravity

Sometimes I think linnies have this ability to defy gravity. Kaze spends nearly as much time upside down as right side up and sometimes the positions he gets in to don't look possible. Earlier he was eating by hanging off a calcium perch over his food dish but I couldn't get a picture of it. I'm told some even sleep hanging upside down.

Very cute... it certainly does seem that they defy gravity at times. This reminds me of a parakeet I once had. He behaved very similarly to yours, which I thought was very strange behavior. At first I wondered if there was something wrong, because it was very odd to me to see this bird behave in this manner, but eventually realized that he was just a weirdo. Not the only one apparently.
