The Stagecoach Tractor I purchased pre-built is on the left and the one my friend built from the DIY kit (available from the same company) is on the right.

Now I need more chickens!!!

The DIY kit ranges from how much materials you need, or you can purchase just the plans if you want. My friend purchased the "Deluxe DIY Kit" which includes all the hardware, vents, and wheels. He also used the prebuilt nest box. All in all....he did a good job! He even matched the Behr "Cherry Cobbler" paint that came on mine.
