Delaware????

I was told this was a Delaware but he/she looks too speckled. He/she is almost 6 weeks old. I am hoping he is not a roo because we got a RIR roo this year (by accident) and I do not want to keep 2 roos for my other girls (11 or 12 depending on this one).

Not a deleware, since they should have yellow legs. I'd say this is a light Sussex, cockerel.
