Yep I don't know what the difference is (type wise)with NH roo over the Dellies but I'm going to find out next year. I'm raising I hope a NH roo I have plenty of NH hens and Dellie roos but you can't tell the chicks apart so never hatch them together because the eggs look alike too.....so I'm going to try sex links should be good eggers and good fryers and you can tell who is who.....

My Del eggs are easy to spot they're usually bigger and have spots. Some of them anyhow, purple spots. My WNY girls anyhow. Hatchery girl lays pink oval.

Your NH don't have the same looking eggs? Each hen has her own but some are brown with speckles too maybe it's what we feed em so far the only unspotted egg was a first timer from my meat pen but it was light brown and little but she's only 16 weeks I never figured her to lay this early....she looks like a giant NH....the roo looks like a giant Dellie I can't wait to see what I get from those.
