If they are day-old chicks, they need to be about 95 degrees the first week, then reduce by 5 degrees eack week afterwards. Even a lamp will help you out temporarily.

Sounds like your little one might be spraddle legged-

It died. The rest seem to be doing great though.

Now I just have to fiqure out which kind it was so I can get another. LOL
