Congratulations on the Magellan goslings Destin.
The light colored duckling isn't a RC pochard, it's a Bahama pintail. You have mallards in there with them too? A few of the brown ducklings don't look quite right for Bahama either - could be mallard x bahama. Have you had a lot of hybrids before?

Here's a picture of similar aged Red-crested Pochards. You can see how different the bill colour and plumage pattern is from the ducklings in your photo. Please keep us posted.
