Deleting a picture

I have entered some pictures for the calendar but I need to delete two of them. I've tried everything and can't get them deleted. Any help would be appreciated.

I just click on edit and delete it

You don't need to delete two, just tell me what three you want to enter and I will make a note in the spreadsheet.
