nah, that's not fair. I breed and I can't butcher my own either, don't let 'em get to you.
I would strongly suggest contacting your local 4-h clubs, if you don't get the answer from one call another. If you haven't already look on your feed store posting boards & try posting you needs there too. also you could call your state inspector and ask who the certify.
