Trish, that sounds so sad. I don't know what to say, it's hard to know whether the paralysis is Marek's or not, usually it takes more of a flock history to narrow it down. The best you can do is send her for a necropsy if she dies.
Do you think she could be weak from not eating or drinking? It seems like she wasn't able to get off the nest. I think I would also try B vitamins. See if it would be okay for her to do some kind of practice walking if she can.
