enjoy I made this last night and it was so good on its own or even with some vanilla ice cream.

Peanut butter cookies. These are gluten free and sooo easy, you'll never make a "regular" peanut butter cookie again. These just take 3 ingredients and taste just like any other peanut butter cookie. soft and moist.

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Mix and put by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie aheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes. enjoy

Strawberry Triffle

one large box of cream cheese COOK pudding.
2 1/2 cups of milk
one tub of sour cream
one store bought angel cake
3 cups of mixed berries or just strawberries
1 carton of cool whip

cook your pudding up per directions on box but I use only 2 1/2 cups of milk. COOL COMPLETELY then fold in the sour cream and one half of the carton of cool whip.

Now layer your cake pieces with the pudding mixture and berries ending with cool whip and berries. top it all off with the rest of the cool whip. This is so simple and so easy.

I
was looking this up for you and someone posted one today!
You can use old stale bread torn up in chunks if you don't have biskets, that's what most people do and a sauce is good but you don't have to have it.
You can change this up by adding a handful of raisens or craisens or chocolate chips or banana chunks or apple chunks . . . pretty much whatever you have on hand. You can use chocolate sauce over it or whatever else you might have it's pretty yummy no matter what you do.
Be prepared to make it over and over though.
