Determining the sex of a chicken

How do you determine the sex of a chicken? They are 3 months old now and I believe I heard one crow this morning

Crowing is a dead give away

If they are all the same breed, then just look at them. Roosters will generally be bigger, stand more upright, have larger redder combs and wattles, and longer curved tails. Also, roosters will have spurs. Some breeds, the feathering is quite different also (i.e. partridge cochin).
