I'm pretty this is what killed one of my silkies, now he's stalking the cage i keep my other two silkies in, any suggestions on how to get him to go away.

Is it never leaving and just sits there? If it's that friendly, I'd call your DNR to come tranquilize it or net it or whatever they do to relocate it.

Otherwise, I'd string fishing line wherever you can, at least 6' off the ground, so you won't run into it. That'll confuse him. We have wind spinners all over and some twirleys for in the trees that helps keep arial predators away.
 
It hangs around alot, neighbor says it's been here for years, yes I plan on putting up some reflective wind spinners, thanks ill try
 
Look at the post about mice in the coop. If there are any rodents around they leave a bright yellow trail between the coop and their dens or other sources of food. Might have been what brought the hawk to the coop in the beginning.
