Hello everyone! I am from a small suburb just above Detroit called Ferndale. The city just amended the antiquated "no chickens" ordinance at the beginning of January so I am drafting my coop and getting ready to bring some cuties home as soon as I can!

I'm glad to have found this site, since I am drawing inspiration from a coop another member posted recently. I hope to be fully operational by the summer, money and time permitting!
