I dewormed all of my chickens this morning with Equimax for tapeworms but just saw one of my chickens expel a roundworm. I’m assuming the Equimax helped knock it out, but it was still moving. Was it probably dying, or do I need to treat with something else for the roundworms?

It's possible the Ivermectin in the Equimax paste might treat large roundworm infections, but I wouldnt trust it to eliminate all types of poultry roundworms.
The roundworm you saw will die, they cannot survive outside its host.
Consider dosing your birds with Valbazen. It gets rid of all types of poultry roundworms.

Should I wait a certain amount of time before deworming them again?
Since I only saw one of them have it, is there any chance it was just that one bird that was infected and deworming the whole flock again isn’t necessary?
