So I wanted to ask what you guys consider safe and what you'd reccomend for deworming on chickens and ducks? Right now I do only have ducks but I think that will change next year. I'm also worried about getting something safe, and realize that big corporations don't really care about real safety but fake their data. This is why I thought word of mouth on what you'd tried to be better than just doing an internet search. If you had a bad experience with a product then you'd be able to say so. A side note is to try to not use something too expensive, but I think that can be worked out.

And very curious what you think on this. Plus, how often do you deworm, and do you think a certain time of the year is better to deworm than others?

Valbazen is your best bet. I've been using it for years and it is a safe wormer.

How often you worm depends on your soil conditions. If your soil is warm/wet or moist most of the time, you'll need to worm frequently. Dry, mountainous, cool or desert like soil you may not have to worm as often.

The best time to worm is spring time and continue through summer.
I worm my birds monthly since we get a lot of rain and live close to a swamp.
