Yes, those could be used at the same time. One is an antibiotic for respiratory diseases caused by MG, and the other is a dewormer.

I sould give each one orally, not mixed in the water. The LA200 is an injectable antibiotic for cattle, so it can be given by injection, although some try to give it orally.
