So I now have a total of 2 sick chickens and I need a place to isolate. Dh made a deal with me if I let him go fishing...again...for the past 5-days in a row, mind you...he would build me a chicken hospital
I found that deal to be a great exchange and now need some ideas to give him. I have a total of 11 girls that are 5mos old. A few questions on details:
1) How many seperate spaces? I would like a space as well for a hen, if she decides to go broody on me
2) Should I have the whole place lined with linoleum so I can bleach it or bad idea?
3) How big?
4) Should I include a run area or do I want not the soil to be contaminated?
