Diarrhea in a few hens

I rescued 7 chickens, and a few have diarrhea. TBH, I'm not sure if it is the new ones, my flock, or a mix. But I think about 3 have it. They are eating, drinking and acting totally normal. I can't tell by their combs bcuz they came to me with pale, short combs. (Cinnamon queens). But I did take a pic when I was cleaning the coop. I moved all the sand away from about 4 areas so the board could dry, that's how wet it is. So, do I need to worm them? They've had access to fresh water and vitamin/electrolyte water.
