Diarrhea & no weight gain

I have a myco positive flock and 2 out of my 7 are experiencing watery diarrhea and no weight gain. I did a fecal screening and found coccidia. I have been treating with Amprolium for about a week now. We are no longer having blood in the stool but still very loose. Any tips on what to do next and how to help with weight gain?
