Diarrhea

I'm not sure which of the hens are having diarrhea. I am keeping the coops and run clean, they get clean water - all they want with added Apple Cider Vinegar and probiotics. They are on layer crumbles. I also give them a big gallon size bag of extra food each morning for 15 hens. Usually it contains, oyster shells, some grubs, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, some scratch and other veggi scraps from the kitchen.
Today I will add electrolytes to the water. Any ideas? Most of my chickens are 25 weeks to 9 months old.

Cut out the bag of extras every morning, it's not needed and actually does them harm. Can you tell if one has a messy bum? Can you get pictures of the diarrhea?
