People without the experience of using it, really shouldn’t say its bad for their health. Because the foodgrade DE is NOT!

It was food grade DE that I used and it still was extremely irritating for skin, airways, and eyes.

Sorry to hear this. I only use a mask if I spread DE powder, not if I mix it with sand or water, and never had any irritation. Maybe they sell a different kind of DE where I live.

Thanks so much for so many thoughtful responses based on previous experience.

If i were to conclude, many are saying it’s not clinically proven to work, and the real risks are not worth the actual results.

I think i’ll give it a miss.
