Did a dinosaur sneek in to the duck pen???

Because this is WAY TOO BIG to be a duck egg!!!

I found that monster egg this morning. I got out the measuring tape and it is just a tad over 3" long. That HAD TO HURT! The other eggs in the picture are a quail egg and a regular duck egg. (And that is a quarter in the photo...not a dime!)

That is a BIG one! My Pekin layed one just like that once too!

I was watching to see which one of the girls was walking funny....but they are ducks. They ALL walk funny so how do you tell??

This was from either one of the 3 welsh harlequins or from my runner.

I went crazy ( with silliness) when I found my first double yolker - it was HUGE!!!!

I am betting this is a double yolker. Good thing my incubator is completely full of quail eggs or I might be tempted to try and hatch it!

One of my Muscovy hens, Jr. Mss, who is the smallest of the flock, laid a egg that was GINORMOUS

!! It almost looked like a goose egg. Sadly my mom broke it open before I could take a picture of it, or measure it

However, when she broke it open it had a TRIPLE YOLK!!

And it helped make the best Duck Egg Casserole I had ever tasted
