i am first time incubator and I own a little giant incubator with egg turner, my question is did I cook my eggs. Because I left for work and the humidity was at 60% and when I returned home the humidity was at 75%. I am at day 4 with eggs in incubator, I did notice the water was gone in channels when humidity shot up. Since then I am afraid the eggs may be ruined.

You can’t “cook” them, per say, from the humidity. However, it could be a problem. The only way to tell is to leave them in a little longer until the first day you can candle, around day 7 or so.

However, if you’re saying that you’re incubating normally at 60% that is too high. It should be around 40-50% (or that is what some people say at least)

I don't think you can cook them with just humidity...but from someone who did just cook incubating eggs with heat - I did that! Mine got up to about 125* for six hours or so.
