Did I cook my eggs???

I moved my eggs last night from digital 1588 to a wafer bator(had it set for several days at 100) Day 21 is thru. When I got up this morning it was a 104 in it. I'm trying to get it ajusted down. Did I cook the eggs. I have more eggs in the digital so I can't move them back. Thanks

I would leave them for awhile and see what happens. My Hovabator spiked 4 nights in a row....103.7 two nights, 102.9 the 3rd night and 104 on the last night...that was around day 14. The only thing I saw that happened differently than usual, is all eggs hatched almost 2 days early....47 out of 61 hatched.

Day 21 today no action yet. I won't take them out until at least Fri. I guess I don't understand what happened to that bator. It kept a steady temp for 10 days, then I put them eggs in, in the evening and went to bed. Woke up in the morning and the temp was 104. I think I'm throwing that bator away. Thanks for your concern. Did you check fertility? The problems I had with a 1588 was not measuring temperature correctly. In other words the thermometer was telling me it was a 100 degrees but it was only 97.5 degrees which equals little to no hatch. I just gradually upped the temperature until my eggs stated hatching on day 21.
