Did I harm my chick, or am I overly worried?

Hi, newbie here. I’ve got a few 2 week old red sex link chicks. All is happy and well. Checking on my chicks in the brooder, I noticed Betty had poop on her wing. I took a baby wipe and managed to really smear it into her heathers. I took her to the sink using warm water and baby shampoo and lightly cleaned her wing. Her entire wing and leg ended up wet. I held her in a towel and blow dried her on low) wing and leg. She fluffed right up and back into the brooder she went. She’s sleeping now after eating a bit. I know chicks get chilled very easily, and now I’m worried. ( it’s what I do). Looking for reassurance or tips for cleaning/not cleaning chicks. -Betty is the 2nd chick from the top-
