DID MY EGG EXPLODE?

Hi,

I saw an egg with a crack around it then I turned my incubator around to see other side and saw this hanging out.

if that's a baby it may be some of these things to high of humidiy temp to low or just poped out but not sure look it up for the breed make sure that all the things are in check temp humidity temp wieght loss evrey thing else hope i help

I am not sure what it is. I just know it is yellow and white.

It is Texas A&M quail. Everything appearts to be in check. I also just got my first hatchling.

oh that's asome can you send pics and im thinking about getting quail so maby it wasn't fertile egg i realy don't know congrats tho on the first hatchling

If your egg exploded you would smell it. They are awful when they pop.

Thank you. Very easy way to know. I am going to just assume it is yoke and "cooked" egg white? Can I leave the egg in incubator?

I would remove it if it did.

Are those eggs setting in water or is that an illusion from the camera
