The Vet gave my hen her first shot of LA-200. She gave it in the thigh and not the breast. Said to give 1.5ml daily for next 2 days.
When we got home she was bloody! I had to apply pressure.
Today if I touch it she whips her head to it.
Her thigh is deep black.
Is she in danger?

Most injections are given in the breast muscles or under the skin in the back of the neck. It looks like she has a hematoma or blood under the skin. The vet might have hit a blood vessel. It should eventually be reabsorbed by the body, but keep an eye on her. Does she have any trouble walking? I wonder why the vet didn’t give an oral antibiotic? What is it for?

That seems like too much oxytetracycline for a chicken. LA 200 is a cattle medicine given as an injection every 3 days. Some people do use that, since they cannot get other antibiotics in feed stores except that one. If you look up dosages online they can be all over the place. Here are a few links, and you can decide what to do:

The very post I have been studying.
Butters has a long term antibiotic resistant Staph infection. Blood sent off by home Vet and cultured came back Pos. No Avian Vets at home so brought her with us here to a "true" Avian Vet for special look over.
Home Vet had her on Baytril for a looong time. So crop issues, ect.
She's been off Baytril for 3 weeks. Symptoms started back up. It's gotten resistent to Bayril by now

Avian vet here pulled blood. Massive white count. Assumption is still has Staph.
Hence, LA 200. According to the post, shes 5lbs, so should have 1ml.
Oral? Some do so I tried.
Based on the LA200 post I skipped a day.and gave the 1.5ml orally.

More of her thigh is black. No,.she will not walk to me now. Normally.she comes over and jumps in my lap and snuggles. I message it gently and spray with Vetericyn Plus.

You may want to have the vet look at this now. Injection site damage is not uncommon for vaccines or antibiotics. Sometimes tissue has to be removed if it becomes necrotic. I can't say from the pictures if that is simply discolored from blood accumulation that has turned dark, or if it is more than that.
A couple of links with more info:

They are closed for the weekend.
I left a message Friday.
Her wing is hurt too. She used to snuggle, now she whips her head to her wing when I hold her.
I have to take her to the same Vet.
And we may leave for home monday.

Her comb is turning pale too
I think this might be the source for Staph. I have shown every Vet, and it gets worse, but they say nothing but Baytril and now this injection.
The roof of her mouth is swollen now. The.pressure and it's in her beak an I know no way to drain it. I did clean it with peroxide, it did drain some as you see but that's all

There looks to be some swelling under her eye as well, unless that is just the angle of the picture. You could continue the LA200 orally until you can reach a vet. Since the injection site seems to be an issue, I wouldn't inject it again.

Yes there is and swelling on the roof of her mouth. Pressure inside. I think it's the source of the Staph. Notice in her beak too, it's discolored as well. I will need to wait 2 days before the next dose as she has had 2 in 48 hours. I may break the next dose into 3 given during the day to lessen the impact on her crop. Playing things off the cuff now

I went today to ask in person for the script I been waiting on since Friday.
Girl up front said the Avian vet is still on vacation.
When I set up the appointment I asked for one. They said she was one.
