Difference between black tail white and silver duckwing

Im confused about silver ducking and black tail white are they 2 colours related. Is black tail white a mutation of silver duckwing or they are totally different colours.

Basically the only difference would the that the black tail white(really looks columbian) is the Columbian Restrictor Co.

Silver Duckwing is e+/e+, co+/co+, S/S
Black Tail White/Columbian(as pictured) is e+/e+, Co/Co(could also be Co/co+) S/S
