DIFFERENT BCMS

Bought some BCM baby pullets from feed store a few months ago. Acquired more BCM from a very reputable breeder we know at a Poultry Expo 2 weeks ago. Now learning there are 2 different kinds. The first set are "bare" footed. British? The second group have feathered feet so assume (I know) they are French. Have a young Cockerel that is feather footed. Can you cross the 2 different types and sell the fertilized eggs just as BCM?

F(rench)BCM are usually feet feathered.
Depends on the SOP of the country and if the 'breeder' is following it.
Both kinds can be found in the US.
