Different kind of Marans?

Almost two weeks ago I purchased these two chicks from the Black Copper Marans bin at C-A-L Ranch (I’ve heard they source their chicks from Welp?). I’ve never had this breed before, but one of the chicks looks like a different kind of Marans than the other. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is.

Chick #1 - This one looks like a BCM should

Chick #2 - Looks grayer, doesn’t have the facial markings

Chick #2 looks to be blue instead of black. Welp also has Blue Copper Marans, maybe that's what it is? edited for grammar
