Different size chicks when candled

This is my first hatch. I set our chicken eggs on aug 27th and then have added a few eggs here and there since. I have a second incubator to hatch the eggs when they are ready. My question is this. Of the 10 eggs I set on the 27th only 4 of them look like the chick is filling up most of the egg. The others look a little smaller. Do I transfer all 10 to the other incubator to hatch or give the smaller ones a few extra days. I'm like a nervous mommy having her first baby. I don't want to kill any of them by doing this wrong.

I'm wondering for my batch as well. Hopefully someone can give some input. I started mine on Aug 31st but I couldn't get reptibator(had one new in box bought for geckos and never used cause those u can incubate at room temps) to get over 96F. Moved them to a "petiatric" parrot brooder & bought auto egg turner 3 days later....wondering if my day 18 will be more like the 21st? Definite movement in 21....4 more are pretty dark light day 18s I saw on youtube but I havent seen movement, its so suspenful! Best of luck to you! Would love to know how it turns out for you.
