Digital thermometer problem

I accidentally got the probe of my digital thermometer/hygrometer in the water of the incubator and it does not seem to work properly now. I have no idea what the temp or humidity is and tomorrow is lockdown. I put a regular thermometer in there for now and hope it’s reading correctly but no clue on the humidity . Anyone know what I can do?

You can take a wet bulb reading. It is quite simple, and there are great write-ups on it.
