Can I use an old house thermostat for the incubator? It is a digital one that I could just set up for a temp. Has anyone used one of those?

You can use a house thermostat but the digital ones dont go up to 99 degrees. You could test the resistance of the thermal resister on the back an add a resister in line to change its range. But then the numbers on the front would be off. You would have to set it with a thermometer.

Oh I didn't even think about that! What can I use instead of a house one but that is still digital? I would rather set it and forget it! ha ha I know it's not that rotersseri thing but you know what I mean!
