Back in January I went into the auction area on here looking for call ducks for my son. Found an ad contacted the seller gave a deposit, was told they were going to be laying really well soon. Well its now June, I have not heard anything from the seller about hatched ducklings, and I have now twice requested my deposit back as its too late for my son to get them for the fair and I want my deposit back.
I am also under the assumption that they may have gotten rid of their calls. I don't see any listed on their web page.

I just want my money back, is that hard to do? They say its a non-refundable deposit if order is cancelled within two weeks of shipping (I haven't heard that there were any ducks to ship to us) and or not refundable if not paid within two weeks of shipping.

But for any reason they are unable to fill the order a 100% refund will be issued.

What can I do, they don't respond to PM's for my refund, I don't believe they have any call ducks to ship and I don't want them now anyway its too late.

HELP!!??

Can you report them to a moderator? Not sure how things work in the auction side.

You could always threaten to start bad-mouthing their business if they don't respond to you.

If you can contact them without using PMs here, it might help. Since they changed the site I no longer get notification of my messages unless I log on, which is rare, because the site is so slow most of the time.
