I was just wondering if it was ok to use sand for my chickens during their dirt bath. I know dirt baths are good for them, and they take them ruguarly, but i want to change the dirt they use. Its just regular old dirt, no manure or potting soil. Just dirt that's fine. So I was wondering what kind of dirt is best for them,and if find playground sand would be better. Thanks!
