hey folks so I have a hen who seems to have loose stool her but is always dirty... I have bathed her s few times separated her from the flock, thought it was vent gleet but her vent looks fine, not red or irritated. I’ve been giving her yogurt, put ACV in her water(which molded her water container? Anybody else have that issue) but it doesn’t seem to be clearing up... any other suggestions? Could it not be vent gleet and maybe she has something else going on? Thanks I’m advance!

Diarrhea is often the first sign that your hen is sick. However, not all hens with messy bums are ill! ... Then again, some hens have a continuous stream of smelly, thin, runny poo stuck to their feathers. This is often a sign of vent gleet, which is a yeast infection.
